Nick Hodges

Family Law

Nick Hodges runs the matrimonial, family, wills and probate department.  He was one of the original founders of the firm in 1993.

With the assistance of his team, he specialises in matters resulting from the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, and in dealing with financial and children matters.

He is a Member of the Law Society Family Law Accredited Scheme and Resolution organisation.

Nick was mayor of East Grinstead in 2014/2015 and has a lively involvement with local issues and the community.

Emily Bowden

Emily Bowden joined the firm in 2018 initially as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.  She mainly deals with relationship breakdowns, financial and children matters.

Emily is a member of Resolution.  She is efficient and understanding, and deals with matters in a conciliatory manner.  She receives wonderful feedback from her clients.
